Key roles to be hired include: manufacturing (63%); management, finance and administration (22%); research and development (10%).  In agri-bio, 1,200 workers will need to be hired by 2029, driven mostly by replacement demand. Key roles to be hired include: manufacturing (49%); management, finance and administration (31%); legal and regulatory affairs (11%).  In bio-energy, less than 100 workers will need to be hired by 2029, driven entirely replacement demand. Key roles to be hired include: management, finance and administration (66%); research and development (33%).
