Job Description
The role requires a team player with a mature and responsible attitude capable of working safely and with close attention to detail. The role requires good documentation, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while adhering to cGMP guidelines. The ideal candidate is proficient in written and verbal communications, possesses sound decision-making, time management and interpersonal skills, and has an affinity for following structured process and documentation practices within a regulated environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the manufacture of complex developmental bulk drug substances/API’s to supply pre-clinical, clinical and commercial requirements.
- Execute chemical processing operations following batch record instructions to ensure the successful completion of batches.
- Work in accordance with Environmental, Health and Safety Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Production Batch Records, Good Documentation Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Qualifications
- Eurofins CDMO seeks both new graduates with an interest in developing their skills and experience in manufacturing operations within an R&D focused pharmaceutical organization; as well as more senior candidates with experience within regulated and complex manufacturing environments.
- A minimum of a College Diploma or Degree
- For more senior candidates and roles, experience working with API or drug product formulation processing equipment, or related experience in food, cosmetics, specialty chemicals and similar industries with complex processes.
- Requires shift work as per the needs of the business: 8 hour – 24/5 and/or 12 hour – 24/7 (Continental shift schedule)
