Dans le cadre du projet sur l’inclusion, la diversité, l’équité et l’accessibilité (IDÉA) dans la bioéconomie de l’Alberta, la présente bibliothèque de ressources offre aux employeurs des programmes de formation, du matériel éducatif et des renseignements essentiels sur le secteur. Ces outils visent à aider les organisations à attirer les meilleurs talents, à faciliter l’instauration d’une culture de travail inclusive et à surmonter les obstacles liés aux pénuries de main-d’œuvre par une participation accrue des groupes en quête d’équité.
En étroite collaboration avec ses partenaires de l’industrie albertaine, BioTalent Canada a évalué la représentation des groupes en quête d’équité dans la bioéconomie de la province. Elle a réalisé un sondage Information sur le marché du travail (IMT) et une analyse approfondie du milieu afin de sélectionner des ressources adaptées aux besoins spécifiques des employeurs.
